About Rev. Howard E. Ware

Rev. Howard E. Ware is a native of Mt. Morris MI., but currently resides in the Macomb county area. He is happily married to Teresa, and they have two daughters, LaToi and Brandon Journey (Nia and Imani) and Ashley and Jamal Mack (Jaelyn and Jamal Jr). He was employed by General Motors for 40 years, until retirement in 2018. He earned his B.A. Degree in Business Management from Detroit College of Business.

Rev. Ware accepted the call as Deacon in May of 2000 under the spiritual leadership of Dr. Kevin E. Stafford, the former Pastor of Greater Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church of Mt. Clemens, MI.

The late Rev. John L. Mack, Pastor of Greater New Hope M.B. Church in New Haven, MI; licensed Pastor Ware in March of 2008, to preach the Gospel. After faithfully serving at Greater New Hope, Rev. Mack ordained Pastor Ware in January 2012.

Rev. Ware accepted his assignment as the Pastor of St. John Baptist Church, in Kimball, MI., March 2017, with a mission to have a Christ Centered ministry that develops and equips the saints to use their gifts for the kingdom of God. He’s committed to the preaching and teaching of God’s word in a simple but effective way. His desire is to lead the people of God with a servant’s heart.
